I'm a photographer based in Suriname and I love making art that makes people utter the words ``wow is this local?". I'm very inspired by movies I watch rather than other photography, I try to consciously not consume other photography content so as to not accidentally copy anyone too much because I do enjoy it when my "style" is a little different. Sometimes that means it may be noisy, sometimes that means it may be blurry, sometimes it means it may be perfectly sharp but the model wasn't the one I focused on. I simply used them to highlight the grandiose size of something else in the shot . But most of the time i just enjoy shooting with amazing people and the conversations that can come from a good shoot if you allow yourself to relax in front of a camera and let a tiny piece of your soul show.
